20 years old female operated twice in last 3 yrs for this lytic upper femur hip.involving benign biopsy proven fibroosseus nature tumour bony margin mri proven no soft tissue extent....last 2 sx were for bone grafting ......we went ahead and did a modular replacement of hip with partial femoral resection.....we did meticulous capsule closure over an uncemented large head shell and put a cemented stem where we used prosthesis holes to reattach abductors and iliopsoas.......being not so common a case wud like critical input....concern yes medial impingement of stem tip although the orthoscanogram looks.damn good.
